Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our discs, gear, and shipping policies.

How do I choose the right disc for my skill level?

Beginners should generally look for 'understable' discs with lower speed ratings (putters and mid-ranges) to help achieve a straighter flight. Advanced players often prefer 'overstable' discs that can handle higher arm speeds and wind.

What is the difference between various plastic types?

Plastic types range from 'Base' plastics, which offer the best grip but wear down faster, to 'Premium' plastics, which are highly durable and maintain their flight characteristics for years.

How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Can I return a disc if I have already thrown it?

To maintain quality standards, we only accept returns on items in brand-new, unthrown condition with original tags. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer bulk discounts for clubs or events?

Yes, we provide special pricing for disc golf clubs, tournament organizers, and schools. Please contact our wholesale department via the contact form for a custom quote.

Will the disc I receive be the exact color shown in the photo?

Due to the unique manufacturing process of disc golf plastics, colors and 'swirl' patterns may vary. However, we guarantee that the weight and mold will match your selection exactly.
